- What time can we arrive?
The arrivals for the rented accommodation are from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm
The arrivals for the pitches are done from 11:30 am
- Are there specific days to arrive?
For the locations, you can arrive on the day you wish.
In July and August, arrivals are on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Outside this period, you can arrive whenever you want.
- Is there a minimum length of stay?
For the pitches, no and regardless of the season.
For rentals, in low season no minimum duration, in mid season neither, in high season 3 nights minimum respecting the days of arrival
- At what time are the departures?
For locations before 11:00 am
For rentals before 10:30 am with the inventory of fixtures done.
- How does the inventory of fixtures work?
You can make an appointment at the reception desk to set up the departure time (max 10:30 am).
Once the inventory of fixtures is done, we return the deposit to you and wish you a safe journey!
- Can we arrive after the reception is closed?
We will do our best to accommodate you but as a courtesy we ask you to let us know in advance.
- Who is the clientele of La Crémade?
Families, friends, young children, teenagers, retired people, French people, foreigners.
Hikers, sportsmen, people who want to spend a simply pleasant vacation!
- What are the rentals made of?
A set of dishes and kitchen utensils, a “top” refrigerator, a television, a terrace, pillows, blankets, sheets and household linen are not provided (disposable sheets kit on sale at the reception).
Only the “ready to camp” ones have no dishes, no refrigerator, no television…
- What is the cancellation guarantee?
This is an option (with extra charge) that allows you in case of cancellation of your stay (maximum 30 days before your arrival) to be reimbursed and not to lose your deposit.
Without cancellation guarantee the deposit is kept by the campsite.
- What does the cleaning package include?
The cleaning of all the rooms of the renting, sanitary and kitchen included.
However, in all cases it is your responsibility to wash the dishes, empty the refrigerator and take out the garbage…
