The famous Blanquette de Limoux, combines gastronomy with festivities…
The legend says that in the cellars of the abbey of Saint Hilaire, a monk realized that the wine he had bottled was “taking on foam”, the Blanquette de Limoux was born!
With many producers committed to a form of sustainable or even organic farming, the vineyard remains preserved and authentic!
